The future promised in so many sci-fi movies has arrived — at least in one high-tech hotel in China. Built by Alibaba, the hotel uses facial recognition to access elevators, open doors and so much more. If that kind of technology has you worried, be warned: Facial recognition tech is taking off in a big way here in the U.S.
