KIM’S CLUB

Signing Up
In order to become a member of Kim’s Club, you must fully complete the registration process by providing accurate information as required within the online registration form. Once you have fully completed the registration form, you will then choose a password and a screen name. The combination of your email address and password you enter at the time of registration form a unique identifier for your account. If Kim’s Club does not recognize you from a previous sign in, you will be asked to enter the email address that we have on file to help us locate your account. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account. You are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Kim’s Club immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Kim’s Club is not liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.

As a condition of your use of Kim’s Club, you hereby agree that you will not, in any way whatsoever, use, nor will you allow to be used, Kim’s Club for any purpose that is unlawful or is otherwise prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. Changing Kim’s Club Membership plan
When changing your Kim’s Club membership plan, be sure to sign in to your membership account at Komando.com to assure the membership update occurs on your current account. Then visit your “account” page and select “Update”.

Kim’s Club purchases and renewals are non-refundable. Any cancellation request must be made at least 5 business days before your next scheduled auto-renewal date to avoid an automatic renewal charge. Renewal charges cannot be refunded.

Kim’s Club Billing Cancellation

To discontinue your Kim’s Club membership billing you must contact our Customer Service Reps at 1-800-KOMANDO (566-2636) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Charges for renewals begin pending the day before your scheduled renewal date. Any pending charges for renewals that are already in process cannot be refunded. Sorry, we cannot accept Kim’s Club cancellation requests via email.

Renewals which occur during the cancellation request period cannot be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery
You can expect delivery of most ground shipping items within 5-10 business days of your order, excluding holidays, unless notified otherwise.

All other shipping methods are based on your selection at checkout.

Orders are shipped domestically only. Shipments to FPO, APO, P.O. Boxes or military bases are not available at this time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated by the total weight of the item(s) in your shopping cart and is based on the shipping method you select. Shipping charges can be found on the shopping cart page at check out.

If you are shipping your order to another person, be sure to contact that person to expect the shipment. Better yet, consider using our gift wrap option with a personalized message to let them know it’s from you.

The Kim Komando Shop, (also known as Kim’s Shop), in conjunction with our shipping and delivery partner companies, will attempt to deliver a product on the projected delivery date. Our shipping and delivery partners do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free Shipping offers are only valid for qualifying orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states unless specified otherwise.

Orders returned due to invalid shipping addresses or being refused by the recipient will be refunded less the shipping cost.

Returns
We ask that all returned products be in like-new condition, with all of the original packaging and materials. We are unable to refund gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps within 30 days of receiving the order:

  1. Obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE (RM) number by emailing our Customer Service Desk at [email protected].
    1. Please enter RM Request in the message subject line, with your order number, name and reason for return or exchange in the body of the message.
  2. Repack the item in its original packaging. Wrap the item securely. All original parts and packing material must be included. All items must be in new condition and must be returned with any accessories, manuals and other parts.

Returns that do not include the entire contents of the original package and product components cannot be accepted and may be delayed or rejected. If the return is accepted, A 15% restocking fee may apply for components and packaging not included with the return. This fee will be deducted from the return credit.

  • Apparel must not have been worn, washed or used.
  • Kim’s Satisfaction Guarantee entitles you to a refund of the product purchase price for physical merchandise and any applicable sales tax only.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept COD shipments.
  • Refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for purchase.
  • Refunds may take 2 to 3 weeks for processing.
  • If you are exchanging an order for any reason other than a defect or damage, you will be responsible for any difference in price for any exchanged item(s).

If you are returning a gift because it is damaged / defective, or you did not receive the product that you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible within the 30 days of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement product at no charge to you and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Open Box Sales 30-Day Limited Refund-Only Return Policy

An open box item is a product that has been returned or was taken out of the box by Komando Staff for testing or product videos. We sell these items at a discounted price because they are no longer factory sealed and may not have all of the packing elements. These items have all been tested and are in full working condition. Sometimes an item may have a missing piece, this will be noted in the product description.

Open Box items can only be returned within 30 days of the applicable invoice date and only if the Open Box item is defective and is not in working condition. Missing pieces are not covered under the defective category as they have been noted in the product description before your purchase. We cannot provide replacement service for these items, as their stock is limited.
